On Thursday morning, we went field trip to downtown. It was cloudy and rainy, so most of students carried an umbrella. There are rupsi,sue and me in my group. We first visited Chico's, but unfortunately she rejected an interview request. Then we went to Zanzibar.Many antique, exotic furnitures are displayed in there. We saw a employee and she said, "Can I help you?"
Rupsi said,"We are student. we need to do an interview for assignment about your business.can you answer our questions?"
"Sure," she replied.
"How is your work environment?" rupsi said.
"So good," she replied.
Rupsi said,"How long have you been working here? why?"
"8 months because I'm enjoying," she replied.
"Which brand of furnitures do you sell?" rupsi said.
"American leather," she answered.
"what is most popular item in your store," rupsi said.
"American leather," she answered.
Rupsi said,"What is least item?"
She replied,"Umm...I don't know."
"Who is your customer base?" rupsi said.
"Everybody, most people cross the street and look around," she answered.
"What do you do in customer complaints?,"rupsi said.
"Umm...I have no idea," she replied.
I said,"It's okay."
"What you need to work here?" rupsi said.
"Sales experiences," she replied.
"How is relationship with manager?" rupsi said.
"Really good!!" she said
"What is the best part and worst part working at this store?" rupsi asked.
"The best part is to enjoy caring people and the worst part is working all the time,"
she answered.
We altogether said,"Thank you so much"

After we went out of the store, we looked for a store named the khazana. But we couldn't find the khazana ,so I asked the person who was walking along thestreet.However,we still couldn't find the shop and we decided to enter to a store named eclectic in order to ask the direction. I found many unique furnitures and beautiful jewelry in the eclectic. The employee who works the eclectic told us that why are you looking for the khazana.
We said,"We are students who learning in English.we need to do an interview for our assignment.can you help me?"
"Sure," he said.
"How is your work environment?" we asked.
"Very pretty good and comfortable," he replied.
"How long have you been working here?" we said.
"2years.it's so good to me," he answered.
"Who is your competitor?" we asked.
"Jewelry, furniture shop near here," he said.
"Which brand of furnitures do you have?" we asked.
"David march," he answered.
"What is the most popular item?" we asked.
"David march," he said.
"What is the most least item?" we said."
"Umm...," he hesitated.
"If you don't want to say its okay," I said.
"Who is your customer base?" we asked.
"All womem and man or married couple and generally the 40ages look for furnitures," he said.
"What do you do in customer complaints?," we said.
"Very seldom. we don't get many complains because they like a lot," he replied.
"What do you need to work here?" we asked.
"Sales experiences," he answered.
"How is relantionship with manager," we said.
"Really good!!" he said.
"What is the best and worst part of working at this store?" we asked.
"I think the best part is to talking people, helping people and the worst part is when we don't have item in store," he replied.
"Can I get a business card?" I said.
"Sure," he said.
"Thank you so much!!" we said.

Too bad about Chico's. Well, it is their loss - they missed the chance to meet you!
What did you think of the other stores? Would you ever shop there?
Nice dialog, and you did a good job with the verbs in the conversation (said, replied, asked, hesitated). It is good to mix them like that.
